Allow customization of email field label on submit-only portals

I want to be able to change the email field label to something other than "Tell us who you are" for submit-only portals, just like I can customize the other default fields.  We like to add custom fields for Name and Company, so having "Tell us who you are" following that for just an email is awkward.

    Going to your Idea portal settings -> Terminology, you can now update this default text (as well a wide variety of other fields)
