Allow ranking of Initiatives
Use case:
Company with over 100 products -- as part of strategic planning we determine rank of initiatives across products for funding allocation.
Use case:
Need a way to rank all EPICs across products to determine what goes in the next quarter's roadmap.
The workaround is to copy all initiatives from product level to the highest product line, but that is time consuming and blurs the ability to have higher level initiatives.
