Allow Developers to create and/or edit Product Notes

Your new http://blog.aha.io/index.php/new-aha-notes-for-better-product-team-collaboration/#more-7876 feature is interesting. Seems like "Developer" roles should be able to participate more in this. What are you thoughts/plans.

In a perfect world all items would come from the product people, but it doesn't. It could be two different cases, 1 is adding sub-notes or edits to existing notes. 2 is documentation of a specific area (which is probably a subnote).
