It is critical to show "Last Update date" in screens like
Vision, Goals, models, Personas, competition, positioning and all other screens.
Looking at our Product Portfolio, it is critical to understand how relevant the information is (was it updated a year ago or a month ago)
It should show on the screen itself and not just in the activity log, otherwise it is ineffective.

I am concerned that we are having difficulty tracing changes made in the system. There were a whole series of Initiatives with the "Last Active Date" showing updated within one minute/seconds of each other. When I went to the history log, there was activity in the Business Model but not related to any Initiative records. We need the traceability within the record itself as to when it was last updated.
