Allow clickable URLs in Idea Portal

We are using a custom field for tracking related JIRA tickets, but when viewing the idea in the portal - the JIRA URL is showing as plain text instead of a URL.

    Thank you for your idea. Currently if you add a custom field using the field type of URL/Email the link will be clickable within the ideas portal.
