Ability to mark fields as RO when their integration is one-way Merged

Add the ability to mark custom fields as RO. For example, when pulling information from Jira, I want those fields in AHA to be un-modifiable. For example I want to know the Engineering Owner for a feature for once the EPIC is assigned I will get this data in AHA so I know who to go and annoy, but I don't want this modifiable by PdMs.
