Adjustable Initiative Screen Merged

The fields of an Initiative are just as, if not more, important than just see a top-down view of the work. As a user, I shouldn't have to manually click into each individual field in order to easily read content, 

1. (Preferred) Adjustable Sliding Screen: Ability to hover over the existing page break & slide it over to choose which view is truncated. 
2. View Dropdown: Choose a page layout view. Current horizontal/side by side view or a vertical/stacked view (akin to other systems)

At MINIMUM we need this for Initiatives but would love to see it for Features as well.
