Our product stream manages defects and new development. The request forms are different and we are needing to gather through a form on two separate products, then SEND the defect request to the main product. Even though that is technically working, viewing the epics on the board is now a mish mash of the fields from both types of form. This makes it difficult for a user to read and parse the appropriate information about each ticket. I'd like it so that users can request defect or development change, using separate forms into the same product request list and, when promoted, epics can display different fields when viewed in the board, depending on the ticket type.
