Allow Product Lines to be selected in Ideas Portal Merged

To collect ideas for brand new products it would be good if the 'Products in this ideas portal' selection on the Ideas Portal configuration would allow to include Product Lines instead of just products. At the moment we solved this with a workaround by adding the Product Line also as a Product.
