When linking one record to another, it is hard to find the record I'm looking for

When linking one phase to another, it's nearly impossible to find what I am looking for since we have 30+ products that all use the same template for numerous releases and finding the phase that I'm looking for is impossible since there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the sorting
