Customize Visibility Changes (additional Customization options)

Please add in additional options for visibility in portals.  There are currently two options, Default or all ideas come in under a specific selection.  I would like to be able to decide how an idea acts in a portal for an Aha! user, Employee, and Portal Users independent of each other.

 

The use case is that we have Customers (portal users), Employees and Aha! users all in the same portal.  We would like for Employees and Aha! users ideas to come in as Private.  Customers ideas should appear as Public. 

In the current set up, Aha! users ideas are not visible in the portal and it causes some confusion.

    Good news! We added more options for controlling idea visibility in your portal.

    • Automatically set the visibility of new ideas based on who submitted the idea - a portal user, internal user, or Aha! user. Configure this in your portal's settings under Overview > Type > Visibility.

    • We also added a new 'Visible to creator' option that allows only the idea submitter to view their idea in the portal and receive notification emails.

    We have exactly the same use case here... we have internal Aha users, users that are internal but access both the ideas portal and Aha and then portal only users....

    We want to be able to change the visibility of the "Aha Users" independently.
