Add automated workflow status for "Send to Jira" integration Merged

When I send a Feature to Jira, I would like the status of the Feature to change automatically. Currently, I use the following workflow: 
Under Consideration (created in Aha) -> Ready to Develop (sent to Jira backlog) -> In Development (In Progress in Jira), etc

At the moment, I have to manually change a Feature's status to Ready to Develop and it would be much easier if this was automatic when I send it to Jira.
