E-mail distribution group

Allow configuration to set up an e-mail distribution group to allow multiple users to receive notification when new ideas are submitted via the portal, votes are received and/or comments are added to existing ideas.

    Thank you for your idea. By adding yourself as a watcher on the Ideas -> Overview page you will receive notifications of all new ideas, comments, and updates to ideas. It is possible to add multiple users as watchers on this page.

    Given this capability and other priorities, we are unlikely to implement this idea at this time. We hope you can understand.

    Hi there. There is a concept throughout Aha! called watching which allows you to get automatic notifications of records you are interested in. In this case, you can add yourself as a watcher to the ideas overview page to get notifications for all ideas related to that product. Thanks!
