Add status change data columns in reporting for initiatives and goals

Other records, such as Features, have the ability to report on when a record changed to a specific status in the status workflow. It looks like Goals and Initiatives do not have this option in reporting.

Expectation is that I would be able to report on these status changes the same as other records.
