Allow manual sort of Idea Categories

Currenty Idea Categories are alphabetically sorted. So in order to force a sort order, I needed to add numbers infront of the category. The numbers are kind of akward but do the trick.

Also! Other must be the lastest category for me!
I would like to have the Idea reference number alongside the Idea Name. We have three products in the portal and for our new users to the portal it is not immediately obvious which product they are viewing. The first thing they see is the default list and navigation to the left is the only way to determine which product they are viewing.
