View ideas portal when there is only one portal

When there is only one portal option, I should not have to select it to get there.

On the Ideas Overview page, there is an option in the NE corner of the page to "View ideas portal".  When there is only one portal to choose from, which probably the case 90% of the time, I shouldn't have to use the drop-down menu to select it -- I should just be taken to the only portal that is available.

Not a big deal and probably requires some extra coding on your part because you have to take into consideration that some small percentage of the time, there may be two or more portals associated with the product.
