Slack uses the default Aha terminology and it is unable to customize to suit user's preference. Not having this customization is very confusing to the users when updating Aha via slack. An improvement on this feature to allow customization will encourage users to use Aha more frequently.
Thank you for your idea. Since terminology can be customized at the product in Aha! this would add steps to the process of adding a record via Slack. In order to maintain simplicity, we are unlikely to make changes here. We hope you can understand.
The integration from Slack> Aha is unusable because we've renamed all records. I cannot ask over 100 engineers, PMs, TLs, and TPMs, to remember alternate names for tickets they use daily simply to utilize this (amazing) feature. Truly unfortunate you will not keep this under consideration.
