Allow default idea assignee to be contributor user role

Ideas will be going to a contributor user for triage and de-duping prior to the product owner reviewing them. Because of this, we need to be able to set the default assignee for new ideas to be users that aren't product owners. With Features you can set the default assignee to any user regardless of their role. However, with ideas it seems like the default idea assignee dropdown in the configuration only shows product owners.

We really don't want to give the additional product level permissions to these product analyst users. However, they are paid users (contributors). Is this something we could get added ASAP?
