Assign Default ToDo's to template Merged

Add the ability to define certain todo's with associated time frames to template such as features and ideas ahead of time.

An example may be adding a "Response SLA" todo to the Idea template, for x days after creation, this could be assigned to the default assignee or another user.

The solution should allow for the creation of multiple todo's, as per the manual functionality that exists today.
