Add page numbers within a Notebook

I would like page numbers in the notebook.

I agree. Page numbers are pretty handy when wading through large documents. Actually, I prefer "Page # of Total Pages"

This is a much needed feature and would require similar functionality to the header and footer options in typical business tools (Word etc.)

The Notebook PDF export's can become more valuable by including a page number on each page.

    Based on my scenario

I am using the Notebook PDF export as the formal release note. For the current release, the end result is a 13 page PDF document, in two large sections "defect fixes", and "enhancements". Each section is sorted by features related to 1 of the 6 sub-modules, for example "finance", "reporting", etc.

My client is glad to see the document, but commented they cannot use it easily.

Above all things, my client demanded a index table, to list which pages include, for example, the enhancements for the reporting sub-module.

I can manually create the index table and count the pages, but without page numbers on each page, the readers won't be able to jump to the page numbers easily.

    Thanks, Tim.
