Ability to import from Redmine

I sent this to support and was told that Aha doesn't support it.    I'm in the market for a PM tool for our company, but it needs to be able to import the (almost ) 1000 feature requests that we keep in Redmine, and the thousands of tickets that we keep in Mantis.

 

I’m evaluating Aha and trying to decide if it’s a good fit for our company.  
 
We keep our feature requests in Redmine and use Mantis for bug tracking.   I’d like to be able to pull/import Redmine and Mantis issues into Aha.   (The other way is not useful, since feature requests are not slotted for inclusion until a later commit process.
 
Is it possible to import from Redmine/Mantis into Aha?

    This can be achieved by importing redmine issues to Aha! via CSV. You can do this by going to Settings -> Product -> Import from CSV.
