Custom Field Layout for Feature Sent to Notebook Merged

I would like to differentiate the Field Layout of the feature page that is used when sending a feature to a notebook from the standard feature layout used in all of the other screens. Also, it'd be great to be able to automatically generate these feature pages through the reports tool instead of having to create them one by one. This would get me closer to being able to produce a complete requirements document that can be sent out to the approving stakeholders.
