Capability to tag JIRA users

As a user with an integration with JIRA, I want the ability to @ users in my feature, requirement, or comments in Aha and the @ will sync to the JIRA users available so they can receive a JIRA notification.  Our dev team does not use Aha notifications but we will communicate with the team through comments passed through from JIRA to Aha on a daily basis. 

The current work around is to use the JIRA syntax [~USERNAME] to trigger the JIRA tag notifications.   

A global preference setting for @ notification suppression would be welcome as well since our dev would not appreciate duplicate notifications from Aha and JIRA for the same ticket.
