Custom Slack actions for Aha!

Slack recently launched 'actions' that allow users to do things with messages, similar to built-in actions like adding reactions or message sharing.

These custom actions provide a simple and visual way for people to interact with an app from Slack.

The following apps are currently supported in Slack;

  • Asana
  • Jira
  • Pocket
  • Teamline (was busybot)
  • To-do
  • Guru

It would be great if Aha! could be added as a supported app with actions such as:

  • Create a feature (using a message in Slack)
  • Add a comment to a feature (using a message in Slack)

Actions are a more user-friendly approach to an integration than slash-commands.

    Could you also add the ability to assign a ToDo when adding from Slack?

    So I see that AHA added record creation (https://support.aha.io/hc/en-us/articles/201243639-Integrate-with-Slack), but would love to see the ability to add comments to records so that Slack conversations so that you can capture a comment or concern of a feature directly onto aha.

    So I guess this is half closed. Please bring comments to records in AHA from Slack and we have the ultimate Dev to PLM tool for communication and collab
