Ability to search Notes

I have added quite a lot of information to my Notes pages within my Product and would like users to be able to search for keywords to find the applicable notes.

    Thank you for your idea. Notes are currently searchable using the global search in the top right corner on any page. 

    Once you have searched for a keyword, you can filter to show results in notes only if preferred.

    Thanks Austin - I saw the filter by record type on the LHS. I just dont think it's very intuitive for an occassional end user who is looking for something quickly - they will give up.  I would expect the filters to be obvious at the top of the page (consistent with report filters) and to be able to sort ascending/descending from the column names).

    Hi Julie, thank you for the feedback. I did want to make sure you were aware that it is possible to filter by record type. On the search results page, there are product and record type filters in the left column. Hopefully this will help with the number of results.

    I tried this but didn't see the "Search All Content" - even then, you have to wade through lots of ssearch results and you cant filter/sort by Record Type.  Not very intuitive.
