Add email address when searching for Aha! user

What is the challenge?

We have several employees with the same name, which makes changing the Idea Creator to the correct user challenging when we have no way of differentiating who is who. We need to update the created by field because when users submit via idea portal, they often are not authenticated into the Aha! platform and the created by user is their name email address instead of their Aha! account which uses their eID email address. Updating this ensures our other automations work properly (e.g. when we are assigning To Do's to users).

What is the impact?

We had inefficient processes in place to see if we designated an Idea Creator as the correct user and have to go through multiple steps to ensure the Idea Creator is correct.

Similar to the assigned to field, add the email address of the user next to the Idea Creator name when searching for a user.
