When a change is made in Rally, the Notification message always states that the user whose account is used for the integration to Rally is the one that made the change. This is not useful. Therefore I request that the name of the user in Rally who made the change (i.e the name that shows up in the Rally Revision History for the change) is the user displayed in the Aha Notification, even if that user does not exist as a user in the Aha database. Just display the Rally name as text in the notification. Currently if I need to know who made the change to ask them a question about it, I have to open the item up in Rally and look at the Revision History.
This has been an ongoing issue where the logs on Rally always show the updates done by the user who had setup the Rally integration on Aha. There should be some way to capture the last updated user info from Aha to pass on to Rally along with the exact changes by the user.
