More consistent approach to notes

We use Aha! across our product and portfolio management team and are using Aha object and notes to curate exec level reports. 

An issue we have is that when creating our own notes (so not from other Aha objects) we don't always get consistent behaviour.An example is where a table for some external statuses has been created for each product and although the table format is the same, the cells change size based on content. It is understood that this is useful for some, but it would be great to have an option to fix width and height some how.

Ideally a refresh of the editor to give more features or the ability to break into HTML to adjust some aspects (a bit like you can in Wordpress).
