In an Aha environment with 100-200 users and 10+ products. user management becomes very difficult and also error prone. What I would want do is:
1) Create user groups (e.g. Sales engineers) in Aha account management in addition to stand alone users that have identical rights in Aha based on the group they belong to and preferably 2) automatically manage users in these groups through AD integration (e.g. lists). This would allow for efficient user management that can be easily integrated to normal company processes (e.g. new hires, people leaving, etc.) while ensuring consistent data access and protection.
