Add ProductPrefix and ProductRole attributes to Aha SAML integration app offered via Okta

We have enabled SSO for our users via Okta using SAML 2.0. Aha! team has provided Aha SAML integration App via Okta (told by Okta support). However, this ready made integration app does not support optional attributes ProductPrefix nor ProductRole, which are essential for effective SSO. With these attributes the product and role within Aha! App can be predefined for new users.

Without these attributes, our admin needs to log in to Aha! and manually set the permissions for each user separately.

Aha! product team states, that it is best practice to supply the product and role information through these attributes in the comments of following idea:

Would kindly ask, that these parameters would be added to the integration app provided through Okta.

    Thank you for your idea. The app in the Okta marketplace was not developed by Aha! and would need to be updated by Okta. However, you can use SAML 2.0 to setup SSO with Okta which will provide the option to include Product Prefix and Role. This article provides more details on how to set this up.
