Need an additional filter for managing users - Active/Inactive

I would like to request an additional filter on the Admin -> Users screen so that I can filter on 'Active' and 'Inactive' users.

Active = User has a seat that is allocated
Inactive = Seat has been removed (but the user is still in the system)

Rationale - As we have been using Aha for over two years now (!) the number of inactive users continues to grow and it becomes unwieldy to navigate through the User list when handling User account maintenance duties.

  You can now filter by user status on the Settings > Billing > Users page.
