  Yes please. I often need to make users aware of certain To-Do items, but I don't want to assign it to them. By adding them as an assignee it becomes unclear who should be doing the work.
  
  Enabling the Watcher functionality not only would solve this problem, but would provide consistency with other areas of the Aha application.

Create an automation rule that triggers an email notification to specific users when a to do or approval is complete

This will be extremely helpful for the whole team especially when a user who is not in the system very often needs to complete a to do but their work is dependent upon the to do before theirs.
