Getting Email Nortification before To-Do's due date

Currently we can get Email Notification at To-Do's due date on the day. But  we want to get this notification as reminder, before To-Do's due data is coming.
In additional, it is better for us that we can customize when we get notification.

    Thank you for your idea. Currently to-do notifications will look two days in advance for to-dos due soon. Any to-dos that are due in the next two days will be included in reminder notifications.

    Thank you! It is good. But it's better for us to customize the notification date because two days in advance is too short for us to get notifications.  (For example, we want to get notification 3 times(2week, 1 week , 3days in advance).)
    I think the notification date users want to get  is different in individual. I appreciate  considering my idea.
