System wide email notification definition Merged

I need the ability at the Aha! level to set a based on email notification definition

Specifically view users.

1. Need the ability to all view users get or not get email notifications.
2. Need the ability to not allow view user to over ride the email notifications.

Value:  Viewer users are usually casual user wanting to look at a roadmap or description of a release or feature.  When you have 70-300 view users, it is not possible to education all of those use to configure their individual Aha! email notifications.

As the administrator of Aha!, I need to ability to manage at the system level the emails going to View users.
