When purchasing a system like this, it is extremely time consuming and annoying to have to teach myself how to use the system and search for best practices. Where do we start? I know I can ask questions to the product team and watch a million videos, but I don't know what I don't know. It's overwhelming and frustrating that I have to figure it out on my own.
