All Users who create an idea in the Ideas Portal Get an Email Merged

Today if a user of an ideas portal enters an idea but they are a reviewer or view only user in Aha as well they do not get a "Idea Created" email.  This is a bit of a disjointed experience for users as some users get these emails and some don't.  (Our ideas portal is currently private and only available to internal users.) It would be good if any user using the ideas portal would receive the same emails as a portal only user. So many of our sales and account managers live their lives in their emails so having this reference handy would be great for them.  This could even be a feature that's set by the user to send or not send certain notifications.

    HI Austin!  Yes, I think they're similar enough and might just fill the gap.  It would be a good place to start.

    Hi Michael, my apologies. I believe I misread your idea. We are unlikely to send emails to ideas portal users for each idea that is submitted. The volume of email could become bothersome to some users and cause them to unsubscribe and miss more important updates. There is an interesting idea here that I believe is related. Let me know if you agree and I will merge this idea. Thanks!

    Thanks for the response, but having a user set themselves as a watcher was NOT the request of this idea. Having an email generated by all activities on the ideas portal is the request.
