Public Creators Get Email Notification When Someone Submits a New Idea in Ideas Portal Merged

We have just launched an Ideas Portal however nearly all of our users are public creators, not Aha users. As a result, when a new idea is submitted to the portal, the public creators are not notified. I fear this lack of email notification that a new idea has been created will hurt our adoption of the Ideas Portal significantly as the only way now for these users to learn when a new idea has been submitted is for them to regularly, in an unprompted manner, check the Ideas Portal. It would be great if we had a setting to turn on notifications for these public creators so they received an email whenever a new idea has been submitted to the Ideas Portal.
