Box Integration - Open files for editing right from within Aha!
Right now if I integrate with Box, link a file and then try to open the file..I am presented with a preview or download option. Why can't I open it for editing like I can straight out of the Box desktop App? I want to be in Aha!...have a file linked somewhere in my offering and be able to view, open and edit, and save all without having to download and then re-upload again. If it's a link...it should let me edit that link...not download and then re-upload which results in multiple copies of the same file with minor changes.

Thank you for the idea. Given the low volume of support for this idea, we do not have plans to make updates in this area at this time. It is currently possible to add a link to your Box document in the Research tab or the document list in the Knowledge tab. We hope that helps!

Here is what I get. "Download from Box" Not "Open from Box" We need to be able to open from Box, Edit and then Save back to Box by simply hitting the save button.
I have an image that shows Aha! used to allow you to open files from Box. Any idea why this has changed? I only get the option to download...not open????
