Properly display nested phases when dependency exists in Releases Overview

I created a Master Release with phases. There are 3 primary phases and sub-phases that are “contained” by one of the 3 phases. I would expect to see the “contained by” phases shown by their container phase. See image below – green phases. Note the orphan at the bottom; I would expect it to be vertically above the grey.
