add summary/headline to references

Using many links in a requirement is getting very inconvenient quickly. Looking at the screenshot below I would need to click and open all links to understand what the content is.

As a n AHA user working with requirements I would like to see the headline without opening the link.

Maybe adding the headline behind the links as text or at least add a hover effect that shows me what is behind a link could help.

  Thank you for the idea. This is possible today to show the title of a record within the yellow record pill. The status of this idea was out of date. You can try this today by right-clicking a record pill and enabling the Name checkbox.

Using requirement name as the text-to-display for links into this requirement

when taking a link to a requirement using %, is it possible to have the "text to display" be the requirement name Vs. the url. Btw, the same hold not only for requirements.
