Show custom fields in entry view(s) Merged

Currently we have some custom fields that are required in JIRA. Aha does not show custom fields in the initial entry screen, so when we add an epic or story (Feature/requirement) in Aha, the sync immediately fails because the required fields are empty. Our users need to create the item in Aha, save it, then reopen it in order to access the custom fields.
