Incomplete Initiatives should be listed in the My Work list view Merged

From the “My Work” list view, it would be very helpful to also list any incomplete initiatives assigned to me. Currently only incomplete features and to dos are listed. We have created a workaround for team members to view their initiatives by creating individual reports but having all the assignment info by individual in one place would be fantastic.
