Force reports to display all statuses not just those with data - to make the Kanban boards etc consistent and complete Merged

As a product manager I want to display reports that show the status of all products that I manage so that I can assess where we have capacity issues.

I currently do this using a custom pivot table to show each product/ release/ feature as a row and each status as a column.

But if I do not have a product/ release/ feature in every possible status I am missing columns which then presents a false and inconsistent view.

Ideally I want to have status columns which are force displayed even if they don't have data to display so that the Kanban view is consistent each time it is produced.

Hello - I agree with this is relevant. Having the full span of the table, with the status columns shown regardless of whether or not something is there provides a very broad perspective of the projects progress.
