Enhance customizations to include datetime stamp and userid

On all customizations, include a datetime stamp and userid of when and who made (or updated) the customization. This will help admins in understanding when and who made (or updated) the customization.
This is important to administrators so you can determine who may have modified a customization you put in place for your organization.
