Ability to view all dependencies across Goals/Initiatives/Features Merged

There is currently a dependency graph but this is only viewable in the context of one item.  The need is to easily see all dependencies and filter them.  The report or table is not enough to show a complex set of dependencies such as multiple goals being "depends on" each other as well as initiatives that belong to those goals also being interdependent.
