Release list report - Start and end month

For reporting purposes, the end month is available, but not the start month.

As we work with the business units on their 12 - 18 resource plans, they need highlevel timing (target) of when the release is planning on starting development and when it is going deployed.  Having the targeted start/end month for a release enable the business units to plan to support the releases.
