Build or Integration into a low code IDE / Platform to create software features and functions

match features and there functions to actual code samples to make creting a working product for software simpler. Node.js may be the way to go easily, possibly  Angular IDE is good or the sales force / Zoho or others anothers. Even build your own with a drag and drop UI and samples. Maybe even Google App maker. But the apps but be free to be downloaded and run anywhere, so containers or a pplugin to run on AWS or Azure or GCE.
