Hi,
Unsure why this doesn't already exist, but we should be able to list followers who aren't in Aha. For example, if using Salesforce, HubSpot, etc., it would be ideal to list contacts who should be following something (feature, etc.)
This should extend to tasks also (who is responsible)
Basically, it doesn't make sense for each person associated with something in aha to have an aha account - it is a major deficiency in aha and forces clients to do part of the product/project management outside the system.
Thank you for the idea. Aha! is designed to help with the Why, the When, and the What of managing your product. The individuals who are directly involved in those activities are typically Aha! users and can get updates as watchers of records. Once the plans have been vetted, you can then push them to a development system to manage the How. This allows those people who are not as involved in planning to manage their work in their tool of choice and have updates flow back to Aha! in real-time. You can add users who are somewhat involved, but not direct contributors, as Viewers or Reviewers. These users are free and unlimited on our Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans.
Based on the explanation above we are unlikely to implement this idea at this time. We hope you understand.
Thanks for the reply; unfortunately, I'm a little confused though - would I
be able to speak with a representative to inquire further?
