As an admin I have access to every project we have internally, so when I am actually creating features and I go to link to another record I end up getting the full list of every feature we have. I would like the to limit the scope, by being able to select for the assigned product what other product's/product line's features/Initiatives/etc that would be included in the search. This will greatly help improve the effectiveness of those of us that have access to each product.

Adding a use-case here- even for users who are not admins, they still see old results from features/epics/initiatives that are no longer in use. Can we provide a way to groom this list or limit the scope so that a workspace owner, for example, could just make sure that their fellow users see only current features/epics/initiatives?
This would greatly improve our productivity. Currently users are accidentally linking the wrong records together without realizing it- so they say that they completed a particular task needed to create a roadmap but the output needs additional editing because the wrong records have been linked together.
