Please reinstate the "+" button on the interface to quickly add features. UI Inconsistent.

It's now two mouse operations to add a feature card to a release instead of one.  Changing the UI to include New Feature add in the ReRank dropdown menu doesn't make sense in the UI design.  Seems to be a forced add/workaround.

Can we (the Users of the System) get notifications of planned functional or UI changes in advance to provide UI design feedback  prior to implementation?  This change was an UNWELCOME surprise that changed in the middle of a Feature Review with my CEO and looked really bad.  I would have voted NO on this one.  UI changes in existing functional operation without notification or feedback typically leaves a perception of a bad experience for users and I am certainly becoming less of a fan when changes to UI's make doing things more steps instead of fewer steps.

Thank you for the feedback. With any changes made in the application, we carefully weigh the pros and cons of any feature and its implemented design. In this specific scenario, it does add an additional click but provides a new capability which makes it far easier to automatically rank features in a release (without cluttering the UI).

With over 100,000 users, we realize that we cannot always please all of our customers, but we do our best to carefully consider the impact of any updates made. We hope you can understand.

The ranking is a step in the right direction, but does not really meet customer needs.

The Add Feature button in a Sort dropdown doesn’t make semantic sense and is inconsistent with other areas of the application UI.
